Terms of Service

General provisions

Cleaning services for apartments, offices and premises in Warsaw and the surrounding area are provided by Brush Cleaning [dane rejestrowe spółki — do uzupełnienia], Warszawa. These terms govern orders placed via brush.cleaning or by phone (+48 888 508 859).

Scope of services

Regular and deep cleaning, hourly cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, upholstery and carpet cleaning, and appliance cleaning — as per the current offer on the site.

Orders and prices

• The online calculator quotes a price based on the selected service, floor area and add-ons; prices are in Polish zloty (PLN).
• A VAT invoice is available on request.
• Our team confirms the date by phone or message.

Promotions and discounts

Discounts (including -10% for a contact-form request) apply as per the promotion currently announced on the site; discounts do not combine unless expressly stated.

Payments

Available payment methods: cash after the service, online payment, or bank transfer against an invoice.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge no later than 24 hours before the planned service. Consumers consent to performance before the lapse of the 14-day withdrawal period; until then they may withdraw with respect to services not yet performed.

Quality guarantee and liability

If you raise justified objections within 24 hours of completion, we will redo the relevant work at no extra cost. We are liable for damage under general provisions of law.

Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@brush.cleaning or by phone (+48 888 508 859). We respond within 14 days.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint mechanisms, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and the assistance of municipal and district consumer ombudsmen.

Final provisions

Polish law applies to matters not regulated here. Amendments take effect upon publication and do not affect orders placed earlier.
