What's included in regular cleaning versus general (deep) cleaning?
Regular (from 145 zł) covers everyday upkeep: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom and kitchen, and emptying bins. General (from 500 zł) goes much deeper — cabinet fronts inside and out, descaling, and thorough cleaning of appliances and hard-to-reach spots.
Are cleaning products and equipment included in the price?
Yes — we arrive with our own professional chemicals and equipment, including vacuums and tools for every surface. You don't need to prepare or buy anything. If you'd prefer we use your own products (for example, due to allergies or pets), just let us know.
Do you cover all of Warsaw?
Yes, we work across all of Warsaw — every district, from the city centre to the outskirts. We use our own vetted cleaners, so we come wherever you need us.
Can you clean the same day or handle urgent jobs?
Yes, we take on urgent and same-day jobs whenever we have a team free. We work 7 days a week, so the odds of a quick slot are good. Just flag it as urgent when you book and we'll confirm availability as fast as possible.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices for both businesses and individual clients. Just provide your invoicing details when you place the order. All our prices are net amounts plus 23% VAT.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don't have to be — many clients hand over keys or a door code and come back to an already-clean home. We work with our own vetted cleaners, so you can trust us in your space. Of course, you're welcome to be there if you prefer.

How can I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer and in cash. For businesses and clients on a VAT invoice, bank transfer against the invoice is standard. We'll confirm the payment details when we confirm your order.
