• Order form: first and last name, phone number, cleaning address, optional e-mail, entry instructions and invoicing details (if provided).
• Contact (discount) form: name, phone number, optionally the selected service.
• Technical data: IP address and server logs necessary for security and operation of the site.

Purposes and legal bases

• Performing the cleaning service contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Calling you back about your request and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
• Settlements, invoicing and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Establishing and pursuing claims and keeping the service secure — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Recipients

• Infrastructure providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Neon (database) under data-processing agreements; transfers to the USA may occur under Standard Contractual Clauses / the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Internal team notifications via Telegram (name, phone and selected service from your request).
• Our accounting office — for bookkeeping documents.

Retention

• Order and invoice data — for the period required by tax law (as a rule, 5 years).
• Contact requests — up to 12 months from the last contact.
• Technical logs — up to 90 days.

Your rights
